I had been looking for this book for some time due to I have owned it three times before. I bought it years ago and read it but someone borrowed it and skipped town with it. The second time the same thing happened. The third copy I still have but it's a paperback and was in really bad condition for the price I paid. This hard cover is new and in excellent condition and will never leave my prresence. Great deal for the price in comparison to the last one I purchased.

I highly reccomend this book to anyone interested in the philosophies of ancient China. This book has all the greats such as Kung Fu (Confucious) himself and Lao Tzu. It provides interesting insight into the history and tradition of various temples and it explains many forms of the art of Kung Fu. An entire half of it is devoted to quotes from the masters. Buy it, and read it several times.
