This little booklet holds a load of information and suggestions - mostly on how to love one self - this is the essence of life. This booklet reminds one to remember to love and appreciate all that is on this planet, specially the unique creature one is.
My suggestion is to keep this booklet at place close to you, so you can read it anywhere while waiting.
The full size book is very worthwhile reading also in combination with The Four Agreements - the basics of life.
These books are fabulous gifts for any occasion.

You have to be open and "searching" for spirituality to get the most from this book, its intense and deep. The CD is well written and spoken and takes several quiet hours to really understand the message and it so worth while.
I highly reccommend any of Don Miguel's books

This was purchased as a gift for a good friend, SHE LOVES IT. I loved it too so decided to get one for myself. It's small enough to keep in your purse and refer to when you need a little inspiration.

Ruiz's books show a simple yet powerful way to see yourself and live your life. Beautiful!

This is a great book, it reminds us that we should treat and be treated the same. That not everyone will like or love us and that's okay. You should not expect to change someone or they should not expect to change you into something they can't be or yourself.

I'm sure a lot would benefit from this little book but for me it is how I live my life and didn't learn anything new.
