First off, this book is NOT only for homeschooling moms. I bought this book as a gift for my wife who doesn't homeschool our kids in a formal setting, but every mother is a teacher to their children. At first she wondered why I would give her this book since she doesn't homeschool our children. But she has loved it ever since she picked it up and carries it with her everywhere so she can read whenever she has a chance.
Mrs. Coyle has done a great job of unfolding the wisdom from Proberbs to easily apply to any person. I have been convicted at times from the things my wife has shared with me from her readings from this book.
If you want to invest in the lives of your children, I highly recommend this book. Society has left our children as orphans, but we must never abandon our duty to teach our children. Teaching our children is truly priceless.

This book uncovers the numerous resources found in God's Word for all Christian women in all walks of life. I have been blessed by the devotions in this book and would recommend it to others as a source of sound, biblical encouragement and exhortation.

I love the way this book explains the verses in Proverbs and then applies it in a real way to homeschooling moms or any mom for that matter. It's a perfect little daily devotional with genuine nuggets of truth that will challenge and encourage moms. I've also found it a perfect gift for moms and especially homeschooling moms.

Mrs. Coyle's devotion from Proverbs is so insightful; even if you're not a homeschooling mom (I happen to be a single woman in the working world). The principles she exposits with such conviction are applicable to believing women of all ages and stations in life -- because it is straight from the Word of God.

My own walk with the Lord has benefitted greatly from reading this book and meditating on Proverbs. I highly recommend reading this little devotional with a huge heart.

Mrs. Coyle's wisdom and insight to the subject matter changed the way I view home-schooling and raising children in general. Definitely a must-have for all home-schooling parents, and definitely a gem for all parents.

I highly recommend this book to ALL Christian women. It's an easy read filled with biblical truths and great practical applications. I especially appreciate Mrs. Coyle's honesty and humility as she shares from her own life experiences. This book has challenged and encouraged me in my own walk with the Lord.

This book has been such a blessing to me. Each chapter is just a few pages long, so that I can fit it into my busiest days, but is packed with enough Scripture and thought-provoking content to give me spiritual nourishment. I enjoy Mrs. Coyle's style - she is honest about the struggles that we all face. She asks pointed and sometimes uncomfortable questions, and then points us back to Scripture and our God as our hope for growth and change. I highly recommend this book to ALL moms - not just homeschoolers.
