I really like this book. I think that more than a book for learning this is a book that reflect what you already have inside. The quotations that resonate a lot in me are those that are saying what I'm currently learning, figuring out or elaborating. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 starts is that at the beginning I was expecting to have some analysis from David about the quotes that he selected for this book. But then I realized that I didn't need that.

I would probably recommend reading first other books from David Richo, Thomas Moore and John Welwood before reading this book. You will then get a deeper appreciation for this book. Enjoy it!
