Great real estate investing book.,

I own several real estate investing books, and have read many, many more, this is a keeper.
Most of them I flip thru and make a few notes, and put it back on the shelf. this one is worth the $22 to keep and refer back to. Lots of good, sound advice. For men or women. If I could only own 3 real estate investing books, this would be one of them. There is no "Buy 2 houses a month with no down payment" garbage in this book. Combined with Lonnie Scruggs and Tony Colella's books, regarding investing in mobile homes, you should have a great start to achieving your goals, no matter where you live or how little cash you have to get started.

I hope this is a good book. I haven't received it yet, but Amazon asked me to review it. The title is intriguing, the cover is attractive. I'm awaiting delivery that is projected for sometime in December. Hopefully this book will be as good as its title and cover.
