5.0 out of 5 stars Moving
Kate is wonderful. I could not put this book down. She raised her son on her own and showed him what a "real" mother is like. The ending was wonderful and moving.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not my favorite book of Lisa Jackson
Not one of my favorite books of Lisa Jackson. The first half seemed to drag on too long. But did get better the second half. I almost stopped reading it.

This book was incredible. Thank you to all the other reviews about this book. I bought the old copy of this book, and the reprint of this book. I loved this book so much. This is the first book I ever read of this author and can guarantee it won't be my last. I love the story line between Deagan O' Rourke and Kate Summers. The way Kate let this baby that was not hers, and that was not wanted to raise as her own. She had a tuff time losing her husband there baby in a terible accident. Then she meet Deagan and her world became very comlicated. She had no idea what she was up against...the family that gave this baby up nows wants him back.

She is not so sure of Mr. O'Rourke and is weary of him. He finds out that her son is his. He comes to know Kate and her son Jon, and tries to make them trust him. He does so many things for and falls in love with them. He helps her with keeping them safe. He will do whatever it takes to make sure they will never be hurt again.
