Sara is pregnant!!!? Who the father is?,
This review is from: Witchblade Volume 3: Gods & Monsters (Paperback)
In this volume we continue to follow Sara Pezzini story. In the beginning of the comic book we can see she feels alone, and she thinks that her life didn't turn out as she had planed for it to.
Finally Jake gets out of his comma, but maybe we don't want to know what changes have happened to him while he lay comatose... And also, almost at the end, Sara says she's pregnant, but... who the father is? The drawing is awesome, very improved and incredible, highly detailed; and the plot is superb.

Terrible Binding,
This review is from: Witchblade Volume 3: Gods & Monsters (Paperback)
This is just a comment on the trade paperback itself not the content within so im sure ill get a lot of abuse but here goes. The story is fine, i like witchblade and Ron Marz is the best writer its ever had but the binding on these Top Cow trade paperbacks is an absolute joke. as soon as i opened this up the spine cracked and pages started falling out. ive recently discovered its not just me and its not just this volume of witchblade, the internet is filled with other people saying the same thing about top cows entire line up. The glue holding the pages in is of unbelievable poor quality. whats worse is that Top Cow just seem to be ignoring the problem. bottom line is if you buy a witchblade trade paperback your taking a huge gamble. I for one wont be buying anymore trades from them until the issue is sorted. thats all i wanted to say.

This review is from: Witchblade Volume 3: Gods & Monsters (Paperback)
I quite liked this comic story and art were both quite good, but was disappointed with the binding. Read it through once and the pages are already coming loose from the cover. Very poor quality binding - I would expect better at this price.

I have all volumes including the first compendium, if you've been a fan from the beginning or new to the series these are all great collecters!

I purchased this book and the pages started falling out as soon as I opened the cover. The replacement copies had the same problem. Top Cow is becoming notorious for its defective bindings from this cheap discount Chinese printer that they use. See the reviews for The Darkness, Volume 4 for more examples. This book has a great script from Ron Marz and fantastic artwork by Mike Choi and Adriana Melo. So if you want a pile of really nice loose pages and don't mind getting ripped off, buy this book.
