4.0 out of 5 stars An Historical Odyssey of Trinidad, November 22, 1999
This review is from: Witchbroom (Cws (Series)) (Paperback)
This book comes across as a trini version of 1000 years of solitude or one of Louis de Berniere's S American trilogy. It traces the history of Trinidad as seen through the eyes and experiences of a hermaphrodite muse and various colonials. It's perfect reading for anyone visiting the island or interested in Caribbean history.
