This is such a great product! The book alone is worth the price. It covers everything from basic beliefs to scrying and horoscopes. The book is also illustrated with beautiful antique- looking ink drawings and the pages and book itself are made to look aged. Although this book is quite informative, I would reccomend someone who is a newbie to read a book like Scott Cunningham's Wicca for the Solitary Practitioner or Raymond Buckland's Complete Book of Witchcraft before reading this one so they have some background with what is included in this book. The contents are nice too. The black altar cloth is my favorite item that is included. It features a silver pentacle drawing that is also pictured in the book. The wand is a little cutesy for my tastes but is nice, and the incense and candle that are included adds a nice touch, esp. if someone is new to the wonders of natural powdered incense. These items would be perfect for creating a mini altar or for someone who doesn't have access to metaphysical stores.

I Adore this set! The author has to be congratulated on the presentation alone. The black alter cloth, magic wand, candle and incense are very special and I got the feeling Ms. Sergiev placed them here herself! Couldnt be the case, could it?

The book is beautifully illustrated and honestly written. It is if we are given a copy of her own spellbook! This is the way modern practitioners should emote with any magical writing! It contains much of the information written by many other authors of the subject for the past few decades. Not much new here for senior practitioners, but what I would not have given for this little gem when I started out!

As for the critic of Wicca in a box, this is a very handy set for those who may not be able to get to the local new age-magical supply store. This is not Wicca in a box! More Magic in a box! Nothing wrong with this at all! The only things missing are the broomstick and pointed hat!
