Product Description

Even in today's reality TV world that dramatizes all the wrong ways to live in a marriage, literally thousands of singles continue to look for love in all of life's worst possible places. And hundreds more have chosen to get married with little more than a happy hour kiss and a Justice Of The Peace.

Unlike obtaining a driver's license, there is no such prerequisite to "test" your driving and accident avoidance skills in regard to entering into a marriage. That's why I wrote this book.

With This Ring has one main goal and that is to guide couples who have either taken the time to thoughtfully decide to “tie the knot” or have made the impulsive choice to “just do it." Now you will have a "Driver's Manual" albeit not a step by step road map, but more of a one-size-fits-most course to guide you past the bumpy parts when the road gets a little tricky.

It is easy to assume that being “In Love” will be enough to live the life of your dreams so the two of you enjoy a lifetime of marital bliss, However, you'll definitely want to read the little known steps to marital success.

You actually can create a long lasting blissful state of living that will actually make your marriage soar.

Life, after all, does take on a glow of its own, when you take the time to learn the secrets of enjoying a marriage that can go the distance.

A portion of your purchase supports In Him Ministries of Jax Inc, a 501c3 non profit ministry dedicated to teaching relationship skills that support the growth of strong marriages.

"Strong marriages result in strong families and strong families are the foundation of strong communities."

Success in marriage can be a coin flip. Estella Keese aims to change this and she has devoted this book to this prospect. Using Bible teachings, psalms and proverbs she walks the reader through the necessary steps to a successful marriage. These lessons apply not only to marriage but to relationships of any kind whether they be family relationships or business relationships but the stakes are highest when it comes to ensuring the long lasting success of the husband and wife union.

This book can be read in two or three sittings but the reader should pause between lessons to digest what Ms. Keese is teaching us. This is the type of book that you come back to over and over again for reminder reinforcement of the tenets that make up successful unions. Some of what is in this book you may have heard in your pre-marriage classes but much of what Ms. Keese writes about, with proverb or psalm citations is new and fascinating. This book would make a great gift for newly engaged couples that are about to embark on their prenuptial education but it would also make a great gift from wife to husband or husband to wife. It takes two committed individuals to make these teaching matter in a marriage and the sooner everyone is on board with the program, the better.

Marriage God's Way October 27, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
Estella Keese has written a gentle book reminding us what God intended for marriage. She begins the book by examining the assumptions that many couples have during the courting and dating process that they bring into the marriage and then begins to explain why what worked during the courtship will not necessarily work during the marriage.

This book is written clearly and concisely. Ms. Keese tells it as she knows it and spells out clearly what will be required for a marriage to succeed and does not sugar coat the message in any way. At the same time, she explains that the rewards are immeasurably large.

The book uses many bible references to make key points and those not familiar with the teachings of the bible with regards to the sacrament of marriage will learn an abundance of information from these references.

While I was reading this book I was reminded of another book called 'Married for Life'. The author of that book , Bill Morelan, provides a wonderful analogy of how you make pottery and how this process is similar to the marriage process that young married couples must experience. Bill Morelan writes,

"When shaping a vessel, potters exert equal pressure with their hands on both the outside and the inside of the clay to prevent it from collapsing. After the clay dries, it is glazed and then placed in a fiery kiln. The intense heat perfects the clay by removing blemishes, strengthening it, and enhancing the paint colors. The once wet piece of clay is finally transformed into a beautiful and useful piece of pottery."

Marriage is this way according to Estella Keese. Marriage must be pressed in all directions, painted expertly and exposed to intense heat before it becomes the beautiful vessel that the bible intended.

Ms. Keese has done an excellent job reminding us of the work that is necessary for a successful marriages.
