benumb doesn't sugar coat their music. instead they throw the sugar bowl into the wall and then stomp on its remains. some of the songs on this recording are faster than the blink of an eye. for more good hardcore, check out pro-pain, breach, unsane(RIP),turmoil(RIP), haste, and illdisposed

Grindcore veterans Benumb cranking out more insanely fast grindcore with some crust and death influences. Lyrics tackle political and social commentary as good grind should. Their stance is different that a lot of the run-of-the-mill stuff out there though.
