This book is going to save my relationships and my ability to function for the rest of my life.I have never been so irritated, touched, and comforted by a book in my life. This, in conjunction with therapy, is something I am grateful for. The only other book that compares is The Courage to Heal -- after reading book after book, these two stuck out as the most helpful to make me face myself. |
