It's the size of my hand, doesn't need batteries and works brilliantly. If you want to get a portable, small metronome, this is the one you should buy!

The front cover slips off and a little wind-up key is removed from the front and inserted in the side. Simply twist and release the pendulum! The ticking is a good volume and the slide on the pendulum allows you to adjust the speed.

I am so glad I bought this; as a Music teacher it is invaluable!

This is one great Metronome. Works like a charm. Easy to use and NO Battries are required.

I bought a electronic metronome before but my son doesn't like it. The sound volume is too low. So I bought this one. It's much louder that the electronic one.

This is a nice little metronome. It has a pleasant tock sound to it, which is neither too loud, nor too quiet. It's plastic, but still rather handsome. A single winding is good for about a 45 minutes at Moderato.

I bought this for my daughter. It works as it is supposed to. She likes the ruby color. The only hesitation I have had is that the wind up is stiff and unsure. I'm never sure if it needs winding or not. I'm afraid we may break the winder if we aren't very careful with it.

I didnt think that the product would come in such perfect condition, the seller made a great job with the item package before sending. I'm from Brazil and I recommend the metronome and this seller =)

Works beautifully, just like I expected from this product. Love the wind up feature, as opposed to the battery operated alternatives. The fact that it's plastic is my only complaint. For the money - excellent product!

The color of the object is not "ruby", it's burgundy. I don't think there's a ruby in existence that is this color. It works really well, though. The key came with the item, and it's very easy to use.

Purchased this for my wife, who's a drummer in our Pipe and Drum Corps. She has used it for the past year, with no problems, and it's perfect to fit in her drum case, and not take up much space.

Never sent the key that winds this up. Since my old metronome had one built in and my daughter was unfamiliar with this, we didn't realize it until months later. Not worth the money.
