5.0 out of 5 stars Saved $ - Fit Perfect
The dealer wanted $47.95 parts and $22.50 labor to install this in my 2010 Rav4. It took me 3 minutes to install before I went to work this morning.

3.0 out of 5 stars Fits well still smells =(
the filter fits well but still has trouble filtering the smell of leaves and pollen from the air. i still get minor allergies i figured a brand new fan would have taken care of the smell but it really hasnt. it fits well and does control the amount of pollen and smell after awhile driving, but it still doesnt give my car that brand new ac smell when i first bought it

Very happy with this air filter. Fits nicely on my 09 Corolla. Price was much less than at Dealer's. Could not find it locally Pepboys or Walmart. Now I get more cabin air and its very fresh!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fits my 07 RAV4!, August 16, 2011

I have a 07 RAV4. The dealer charged me $70 to change this the first time. I know, what a dummy. :( Figure it can't be that hard to change a cabin filter and $70 is outrageous! This time around, talked to a friend, did search on the web and found videos of how to do it. The instruction is also in the owner's manual. If I can do it on the RAV4, anyone can. <-- I only pump gas and put air in tires when it comes to doing anything with my car so far. This is my first DIY project (thanks to the dealer for 'pushing me' to look into these DIY) and it took me less than 10 min to do it and saved $$$$.

The filter fits like the one dealer put in and it is actually sturdier. Amazon doesn't have much description on this filter so want to add it for those who want more info on this filter to do comparison with other filters. According to Wix's website, they don't use baking soda and carbon (like Fram Fresh Breeze and costs a lot more), they add something called Bioshield 75 (biostatic surface protectant). [...] (supposedly an EPA approved patented product that does more than absorbing the odor), so I thought I would give this a try. So far so good.

i used this to change cabin filter for the first time in my 2010 toyota camry and it looked and felt like the one from factory. took 10 minutes after looking at youtube video for a couple of minutes.

better than getting it done at the dealership for $50+

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than OEM, December 28, 2011

I bought this for a 2010 Subaru Outback and it's the right part. I know Toyota owns some % of Subaru now and I'm sure they are sharing some parts by now.
I change cabin filters yearly, and I used the Wix filter for my first change. I bought a subaru-branded filter from a dealer for twice (thrice, perhaps) the price and the Wix feels much more substantial. The OEM part is flimsy by comparison. Well, I won't make that mistake again. Wix from now on.

Purchased form my wifes 09 Venza and it's a perfect fit. The old one had some black stuff all over the filter. It looked to be impregnated and too uniform to be dirt or lint. I'm wondering if it was active carbon or something. In any case 2 years and 12k miles I'm sure if i it is carbon, it's of no use anymore.

5.0 out of 5 stars Replaced OEM cabin filter with this, July 6, 2010

I just replaced my 2007 Camry LE 4-cylinder cabin filter with this one. The quality looks similar to the OEM and isn't as soft compared to the FRAM fresh breeze. I went to my local Walmarts and they carried the Fram fresh breeze for $19 because it has the baking soda to reduce odor. I think ask long as you change your cabin filter regularly it will be fine and you get to save a few dollars.

I purchased this to replace the OEM cabin filter in my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The filter catches dust and some leaves and keeps the cabin smelling fresh. Its not as rigid as the factory part, but seems to be doing a good enough job for 1/3 the price. They are quick and easy to install and takes less than 5 minutes to do it yourself. Save yourself some money and get these.

I kept blaming the kids for eating in the car, but turns out the smell was the moldy old filter. Change yours and get that nearly new car smell back.

The same thing you'd get in a brick 'n mortar store, probably a better price. Much less expensive than dealer installed. Instructions online, took about 3 minutes on a '09 RAV4.
