Do you love Monopoly?

Do you love The Wizard of Oz?

Well, this is the perfect blend! All of the aspects of the game have an Oz twist. Each of the money bills has one of the Oz characters. ($500s are Dorothy of course!) Also of the properties have been changed into famous objects and locations in the movie, including Ruby Slippers Way (Park Place), and Home Sweet Home (Bordwalk). All of the tokens have been made into the characters including: Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man, The Cowardly Lion, The Twister, and of course The Ruby Slippers.

In this edition the houses become "farmhouses" and the hotels become "Palaces" which are green, of course.
All of the traditional rules apply, of course. I personally own this version of Monopoly, among many others, and the standerd of the presentation is amazing. It is a great tribute to a wonderful film. Hey, play the game and watch the film at the same time! Makes a great evening for the whole family, or maybe a few friends.

The many small, detailed pieces and the numerous cards and bank notes, make this game somewhat delicate and not so durable, but it is wonderful all the same!

Wizard of Oz Monopoly, I purchased for my daughter, the Wizard of Oz freak, and she loved it. She saw it in a store, and wanted it right then and there, however, I knew Amazon.com would have a better deal. it is really fun to play.
