This set is the perfect companion piece to the Dorothy doll (or, for that matter, any of the dolls in Mattel's "Wizard of Oz" collection). You get three darling little dolls in this set, each one is costumed to resemble a different Munchkin from the MGM movie.

Utilising the Kelly and Tommy body moulds, the set features a "Sleepy-Head" Munchkin (she's the one dressed in pink, sitting in the eggshell), a "Lady" Munchkin (the girl dressed in purple with a red rose sticking out of her flower-petal hat); and a "Lollipop Guild" Munchkin, a little boy dressed in a ragged shirt and pants.

I must say, the workmanship on these dolls (as well as the others in the "Wizard of Oz" series) is very well done; the quality of the costumes, and the way they emulate the designs of the original movie, is extraordinary. Also in the package, you get a "yellow brick road" plastic display stand, Certificate of Authenticity, and bonus collector card.

A fun item for the "Oz" fanatic in your family!

My 5 year old has now learned of the miracle that is Wizard of Oz and to go with her toto and her ruby red slippers she needed to have the munchkin dolls and this may be her favorite toy yet. For the under $6 price tag it is a must for any little child in awe of the Movie! Judy Garland would be honored!

my daughter is a HUGE wizard of oz fan. She is 5, and she got this for christmas, with the understanding they are special and not to be played with, as she has the other wiz of oz dolls (the larger ones: dorothy, tin man, lion...) so I can't say how well they hold up cuz we have them up on display. But she love's them and was extremly excited to get them. Occassionally she'l take them down and very gently look or "play" with them. But mostly they are just for show, or display in her playroom. Plus, we got them for her friend who is also a big wiz. of oz fan! So we actually got 2 of them!!
