Product arrived in unprofessional packaging. Returned product; poor customer service. I have since read the other reviews and most are not positive. Do not ignore the negative reviews from the others.

Good program! Absolutely terrible support!,

Wizards has a number of programs under the heading, "Wizards4Word". Overall, it is a good program. However, I recently upgraded to Windows 7, 64 bit, also to MS Word 2010. Wizards was available with MS Word 2007, but NOT with MS Word 2010. I downloaded the Wizards' upgrade and it it would NOT install, stating that it cannot find the original folder (the original folder IS there! I even re-installed the program several times!) Still no luck. I contacted customer support numerous times. Well, it's been weeks, and still NO response--only an email that they received my ticket. They state that they'll call you back, but don't! Very disappointing!
The program is good, but if you ever have any issues, you are out of luck! That's the reason for the low rating! The program I use, and highly recommend, is "StyleWriter 4". It rocks! And their customer support is excellent! |
