Charming, simple drawings,

This review is from: How to Draw Wizards, Dragons and Other Magical Creatures (Dover How to Draw) (Paperback)
I purchased How to Draw Wizards, Dragons and Other Magical Creatures for my 8 year old daughter, who is interested in drawing, but isn't necessarily gifted in this area. Each page contains four steps to create a simple line drawing. The pictures are charming, yet simple; there is no shading involved, for instance. My daughter had no trouble creating her own drawings by following the sequential drawings in the book. There are no written prompts, but you really don't need them. I recommend this for children between the ages of 6 and 10. Older children would probably find these drawings too simple.
