super product,

Original, traditional, and functional product from China! When I bought this for my wok (from wokshop), I doubted if this really works. But the hard yet flexibility bamboo strips prove itself a much better cleaning tool than those scrubbing pad made of synthetic material.
For removing the food residual among the bamboo strips, simply stir it vigorously in a pot of warm/hot water, with or without detergent. Although I never observed any mold on the brush, hanging it over window sill to dry is a good practice: the UV light can prevent fungi forming.

I'd probably buy the 7" version instead of the massive 10" version next time, but this works as advertised. It is a bit massive and there is no hook or rope to easily hang this item in your kitchen.
The green bamboo bristles still smell green but when it came time to clean the wok without destroying all the seasoning I worked so hard to put on there it did admirably. I've included a photo in the product description with it in my 15" cast iron wok to help give you an idea of how big it is. Would not recommend using this wok brush on non-cast iron items (like teflon pans since it might scratch it).

Good for cleaning Cast Iron,
This review is from: 10" Cleaning Whisk
I have had this for a little over a year now and the ends of the bamboo strips are pretty well frayed. It requires a little more elbow grease than it did initially, but still works very well. Since you shouldnt use soap on a seasoned cast iron pan, these are the ideal. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is somewhat bulky and difficult to find a spot for on an already cluttered sink.
