Please DO read all these reviews and do not but this product!!! They are right about everything. It takes forever to heat up and when it does, it doesn't correctly cook your food. Burnt biscuits with uncooked dough inside, and I believe that it would have soggy fish sticks!!! I didn't cook those but I believe it!!!! I got mine from a GMA special with Tory Johnson. The stainless Steel on mine Rusted!!!! I called Wolfgang Puck Direct and they said it was out of warranty after a year and no explanation as to why a Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliance would RUST!!! I have owned mine for 1 yr and 9 months. No, No, No, Do Not buy this oven!!! Very expensive for a cheap piece of junk that rusts and won't cook right

Had this for a little over a year. It cooked OK but got crazy hot on the outside and door started sticking after a few months. The glass on the door just exploded all over the place as I went to open it. Do not recommend at all!!

Received as a gift so I tried really hard to cut it some slack. The person that gave it to me had no idea what a complete pile of junk it is.

First problem, the outside gets HOT HOT HOT. I think it was designed to do this so you could use it as a warming tray or something, but most people cram this onto their counter and pile the usual counter junk around it. After melting a number of plastic items, I created a "safety space" around it.

Second problem, apparently all the heat goes to the outside because it takes FOREVER to heat up the inside. I've never had a toaster oven take so long to get to operating temperature.

Third problem, door refused to close all the way after barely a weeks use. Invented a number of different pounding techniques to try to get the door to close all the way with varying degrees of success. The door constantly grates open and closed. I don't know what they put together as a hinge mechanism but whatever it is doesn't work.

Fourth problem, when in toast/broil mode the thermostat would still turn the elements OFF. Honey, I know 500 degrees and this thing can't get there. Why are you turning off the elements when I want toast? This problem caused toast to take upwards of 20 minutes to barely get done.

Fifth problem and why I'm writing this review. The door jammed shut for some odd reason (it was always a problem, see point three above). I was finally able to get it open to retrieve my barely done toast, but it then jammed open when I was trying to close it. The hinge mechanism then bent due to the case and pretty much all metal being close to it's melting point. With the hinge jammed and what used to hold the door together bent, it chipped a piece of glass off of the oven door.

The oven works better than expected as a toaster and is overall a pretty handy device, at least for the three weeks it worked before it died. Does anything built in china stay working for very long?

The first day of using it I cooked biscuits on convection and did not pre-heat the oven, per the instruction booklet. I cooked them in the broiler pan and placed the pan in the middle of the oven. They were burnt top and bottom within 6 minutes. So the next day I cooked biscuits on bake in a glass container on the center rack. I took the broiler pan out of the oven where the air could flow better. It took 20 minutes for it to pre-heat then when I opened the door to put the biscuits in, the door would only open half way. I had to take a pot holder to hold the front of the oven and pull hard to finally get the door open all the way. I placed the biscuits inside the oven and the door would not close all the way, it was sprung. Within 10 minutes they were burnt on top, raw inside and perfect on the bottom. Apparently the baking mechanisms are not right!

Being a toaster oven it should get hot all around it but this oven gets extremely hot to the point of burning your countertop. When I unpacked the oven and placed it on my counter I noticed it was not level, it leaned to the right, the knob on the bottom was put on crooked. Bottom line, it is a very poorly built toaster oven.

After three months, the door quit working, the letters on the face smeared, and the unit would not power-off without unplugging.

I have experienced all of the problems other reviewers have mentioned.
- the outside gets dangerously hot, and you have to hold the outside to open or close the door.
- takes a long time to heat up, especially now that the door only partially closes
- takes a very long time to make a piece of toast no matter what setting you use
- the door was always a challenge to get open or closed but now it won't close all the way no matter, the metal holding the glass on the left side is lose but the hinge also does not seem to work properly
Bottom line - an expensive piece of junk, not worth the money or frustration.

When u have it on convection oven the fan is pretty loud. Otherwise it's ok. The quality doesn't seem to match the brand, it seems below a WP brand... Kind of on the flimsy/thin side of quality.
