I installed this on my Pontiac vibe. Alarm is loud, noticeable and the typical beep-beep that you would expect from a backup alarm. Instructions are not very good for installing though. I used a smaller screw and nut and attached a forked wire clip to the end of the ground and then tightened up the mounting bolt onto this clip.
Also put a piece of thin plastic tape over the area where the noise comes out to keep any water out since it is mounted under the car. With these changes, it should last quite a long time

good for Ford Fusion,

Got this last Xmas for my mom's Ford Fusion Sedan. Installation was fairly easy. Ran the wire into trunk thru a gasketed hole under the spare and used a wire splice from auto parts store to connect to tail light. Hardest part was finding a good place to drill a hole for the mounting bracket under rear bumper. Beep seems plenty loud.

I thought the beeper was a little too loud. I had to tape a rubber glove over it to reduce the sound. Very easy to install
