Not a good choice, August 12, 2011
I usually buy Timberland boots but I thought I would try something different. These boots are very lightweight and look really nice. I was looking for a boot with a welt construction, durable and lightweight. This has it all except the durability. After about 1 month the sole started to seperate from the boot, if you step in a half inch deep puddle of water, your feet will get wet and they will stay wet for days. I can not believe how poorly made these are, I have had them for roughly 3 months now, I had to buy new insoles and wear two layers of socks so that way the sides of the boots do not scratch my feet. The sides and top of my feet are completely worn raw from the inside construction of this boot. I notified wolverine and they were happy to offer me to send in my only pair of boots to be evaluated. That would have been great, except, I use my boots every day at work and if I had a second pair of boots I certainly wouldn't be wearing these anymore.
