Highly Reccommend!, May 27, 2000
By A Customer
I'm an avid romance book reader, and this is the first book I've read that was viewed and narrated through the male side. I enjoyed it! A change from other series books where the emotional turmoil is narrated with the female lead.

Awful Beyond Belief, December 3, 2011
If I could give this book negative stars than I would.
The "hero" of this book, Luke, is a despicable creep that the heroine, Rachel, is better off without. So eighteen months ago they meet then go back to his hotel room and have sex several times. She leaves early in the morning before he wakes up and he becomes obsessed with her. The book is written from Luke's perspective and all he does is rant about what a bitch, slut, and whore this woman he slept with must be. He finds out her name by accident then tracks her down, hires her as a model and sleeps with her again. When she takes a private call, he eavesdrops on her then he follows her home without her knowing, only to come back the next day and lie his way into her home. He says he loves her which is why he wants to be with her but he's not in love just obsessed. Rachel is just your average spineless romance heroine with no real personality, she just rolls over for the hero even though he is beyond creepy.
Only read this book is you think a love story is about a couple of one night stands between two people followed by the man becoming a creepy stalker. For future reference bitch, slut and whore are not endearments and if this is how a man feels about the woman in his life than he doesn't love her.
I cannot even believe this book is written by the author that wrote one of my favorite romance novels of all time.

A Woman to Remember, September 14, 2005
Back cover reads:
A night never to be forgotten!
Luke St. Clair had it all: looks, international success, females at his feet. But was his life-style the recipe for lasting happiness? Luke wondered if he should marry a nice Australian girl and start a family...
But would that ever happen? Eighteen months ago Luke had met the girl of his dreams in Sydney, but she'd disappreared into thin air after their brief, passionate encounter. Then a stroke of luck led him to discover her name.
Now what should Luke do--the woman he'd always remember was Mrs. Rachel Cleary!
