This review is from: Woman and the Salvation of the World: A Christian Anthropology on the Charisms of Women (Paperback)
I would never call this a "feminist" book. This is excellent theology on the profound power and beauty of redeemed masculinity and femininity in participating in Christ's redemption of the world. It is profoundly insightful and rooted in both tradition and scripture. It is both challenging and eye-opening and those who would prefer to relegate woman to the back seat in salvation history will have a hard time facing the truths which are so eloquently transferred in these pages. If you work in the Church- any Christian Church- your ministry, relationships, and dare I say, spiritual life, will benefit greatly from reading this book.
