Joan Eleanor Gustafson is the founder and president of Success and Leadership Dynamics, a consulting company specializing in personal, professional, and organizational growth. She has coached hundreds of individuals in achieving their desired results, both in their careers and in their personal lives.
Prior to founding Success and Leadership Dynamics, Ms. Gustafson was a member of the Corporate Marketing Management Committee at 3M, where she held international leadership and management positions for 26 years. In these positions, her responsibilities included the following areas:
