This workbook is great - goes with the devotional and as a pair they are just some of these best women's help books out there -

I had purchased the book awhile ago. only read a little of the book.I myself like reading a book, that has a study guide to go along with it. You get a lot more out of having both items to work with. So now I am working on the books together. You get much more understanding about what you are reading. and as you are doing the study guide you yourself grow more in your closeness with God. And in this situation it also helps you, move on from pastproblems,hurts, fears, etc.

I would recommend this book to anyone, who wants to stop hurting and move forward with there life.
