Nice selection of recipes and everything is easy to prepare, most with typical ingredients in the pantry. I love this book b/c it's quick and provides me with recipes I normally wouldn't think of with chicken. Chicken can boring very quickly. This book helps keeps chicken dinners fresh and new.
