I wish I had found this earlier in my grad career. While some of the advice seems like common sense, it is still nice to have it written down in one place. Sometimes you just need a reminder of these things. Some of the advice I hadn't heard before, and I was glad to be able to read it. I keep it around almost as a reference book, because as you get to different stages of my grad career I want to refer back to it. I have also lent it to several friends.
