Wow! What a great book!,

This review is from: A Woman's Guide to Self Defense (Paperback)
I am 16 years old and have learned that highschool is sometimes one of the most dangerous places to be for a teenage girl. When I began having confrontations with certain men, I figured that now was the time to begin learning how to protect myself. I bought this book and worked with my friend, who was just as eager to learn as me, and we studied this book day in and day out. It has proved its worth several times and I am grateful that I have it.

Very disappointed,

First of all, this book was written by a black belt, the instruction is poor to say the least. The book does not properly teach the techniques to give women a fighting chance on the streets, and the pictures do not look realistic. Looks like it was thrown together quickly. No No No by Kathy Long would be a better choice.
