I've read the book A Woman's Guide To Setting Boundaries, and it is a great book for women of all walks of life. This guide might not be for every single woman out there, but it gives women something to think about and lets them know that it's okay to say "NO" to the things that might cause unhappiness and unbalance in your lives. Although this book was't written for women, I've found some parts of the book that could have being for men as well. It's a great book and I think every woman should get a copy.
