An MBA and CPA, she used her experiences, observations, and a plan to leave a trail of shattered glass behind her. In 26 years she has held the positions of Director of Finance and CFO, in public and private companies, and is currently CEO of CK Systemz, LLC, a start-up software development company she formed with her husband, where she has continued to help business professionals with the development of break-thru patented interactive software solutions for Small Business. A member of NAWBO, NAFE, and the AICPA, Ms. Dutton is the current Treasurer for the Nevada Society of CPAs, and Past President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Nevada Society of CPAs. She is proud to be a CPA Ambassador 2006, representing the 360° of Financial Literacy program for the AICPA. She has also taught Accounting at UNLV, and seminars in Accounting and Tax for CPE Inc.
Ms. Dutton is an MBA and CPA with over 28 years of C-Level positions with several $100 Million Companies. Having spent the last 11 years in executive positions in the automotive and real estate industries, She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Turnaround Management Association of Nevada speaking on and working with turnarounds in the Southern Nevada financial community.
Diane is the author of "A Woman's Ladder To Success is Paved with Broken Glass Ceilings", published January 2007, and "The Winning Edge", 2009. She has published several articles and has been heard and seen on TV and radio shows regarding her findings in the area of business, finance and helping women breaking the glass ceiling every day. Ms. Dutton was a featured speaker at the Southern Utah University Convocation Leadership and Women's Week, March 2009, meeting with graduate and undergraduate Accounting and Finance students during the day long event. Other 2009 speaking engagements include the BYU Finance Alumni Association, NSCPA, Pace University Alumni Association, American Women's Business Association.
