Excellent,
This review is from: A Woman's Way: The Stop-Smoking Book for Women (Paperback)
Firsly I have always found that many of these "self help" stop smoking books, are aimed at a male audience, however "a womans way" looks at the social dynamics of a woman trying to quit. Very intresting read and im sure would help a lot of people.
