My husband rode it and was jealous at what a great feel this bike had.

It's the perfect size - I am only 5 foot tall, so to get a bike with 26" wheels was a definite out.
KC
It is light weight, the seat is very comfortable and my wife feels very confident riding it.

I bought this bike for my mom, what an excellent bike. She had knee surgery and needed a low profile bike, at the same time she wanted to be in the seat with both feet touching the ground. Other bikes with this feature were at least three times the price. The previous review is completely wrong, this an adult bike designed for petite classy women. I would say great for a height range from 4'8" to 5'4", mom loves the looks and ride so much that she joined a biking club.

We are big Forge fans they make an excellent quality bicycle for the price.

I love this bike! I read all the reviews online and decided this was the one for me. I was riding a men's style Cannondale which is a good bike but it was always too big for me. I could not take my son on bike rides in his bike seat because I could not lean the bike enough to throw my leg over. I needed a low entry girl's bike. Also, I wanted an upright, cruiser type ride for comfort. This bike is great - I am 5' tall and I like knowing this bike is meant for me!

Very well made all purpose bicycle, Easy to shift 7 spd is all I needed. I had a difficult time finding a bike that fits me since I'm 5'1" and old. Rides nice and smooth, handles great. I assembled it quickly after I found some metric tools. Very nice Paint... Well constructed. So cute with the leather handlebar grip covers and matching leather brown seat. Just a great Deal

It took me a little longer to put together than some other reviewers.(Two plus hours=\, But I've never put one together before) But when it was finished, I was happy with it. It's a cute bike and I really enoyed my first ride in over 17 years! A little small for me, I'm 5'6", but have longer legs and shorter torso. Overall, I'm happy with it!

I had originally bought the pink Athena but returned because it was way too big for my 5 ft height and very short legs. Buying through Amazon, I had no problem returning it. I instead bought the COCO and my husband and I put it together yesterday and I must say that this bike is the very best I have ever had the pleasure of riding. It is the perfect height for me with it's 24" tires and 15" frame. I feel very much in control of the bike when riding it and don't have to work as hard to go up hills. My husband rode it and was jealous at what a great feel this bike had. My one complaint was the seat, luckily I had another seat I put on it. The seat is comfortable, but not very attractive. It is a strange mustard brown that mothers or newborns would recognize (enough said). I would recommend FORGE change this seat to a black Velo seat like the one on the Athena bike. I would still highly recommend this bike to any adult female under 5'2". I was worried that I would look silly on it but my hubby says I look perfect in it, like it was custom made just for me. Besides the look and feel of it, FORGE did an excellent job on the quality of the frame, the design of the handlebars and the suspension, brakes, and gears. I am thinking we may purchase one of these for our grand-daughter as this is a bike that is so well made, that she might have it for many years. It was not very expensive but for the shipping. But still worth every penny in my opinion.

After reading all the reviews and calling Forge with questions I decided to take the plunge sight unseen. I had been looking for a bike to fit my 5 foot frame for a few months and was about to purchase one at twice the price of this one on sale!

After I spent two hours trying to put it together I called Forge for help got voice mail and just had a pro put it together for me. I have since received 3 return phone calls from Forge including one offering me a credit towards my bill for a pro putting the bike together.

Forge is a great company, super helpful answering all my many questions (bike weight is approximately 30#)and getting back to me within 24 hours.

As someone else said, the bike is a great coppery brown color, the seat is fairly comfortable and the 24" wheels make for a great bike for short people.

We bought this for my wife as a comfortable neighborhood bike. She's 5'2" and wanted a small frame; the Coco fits perfectly without looking like a kid's bike. The retro styling and color scheme is a plus for her too, since her Mini Cooper Clubman has the same "Hot Chocolate" theme. High quality brown metallic paint with cream and silver accents, brown leatherette grips with embossed designs and stitching, fat white walls...it's a great looking bike!

The quality is exceptional for under $400 too. Read some other reviews on Forge brand bikes; there's never a complaint about the hardware or finish. Everything from the derailleur to the brakes and seat is name brand retail quality, and not a licensed-to-OEM discount version like most bikes in this range. 7-speeds with just a rear-derailleur is all you need for a short-trip bike with a few small hills, and it's a smooth shifting setup.

The frame is equipped with threaded bosses on the drop-outs, and plain holes between the stays and forks. It looks like it will accept most standard fender and rack designs, although you might want to check out anything that needs a seat post mount due the extreme seat tube angle. A set of Wald Steel Fender Set 952-24 24" Middleweight Chrome full fenders is on her shopping list). We already added a Nantucket Lightship Classic Front Handlebar Bike Basket to the front (nice to have a quality basket on a quality bike instead of the "fruit baskets" we found in the sporting goods department).

Her only slight complaint has been the saddle. It's cushy, but a little narrow.
