It's a must-read for student drivers because it contains valuable tips about things they don't teach in driver's ed. About the Author
Ray Stone is a broadcaster, and host of a phone-in radio show on CFRA News-Talk Radio in Ottawa; an actor who has appeared in several major made-for-TV films; and a professional cartoonist. All this since retiring from the federal government where he was a Director of Public Affairs with the Ministry of Transportation, responsible (among other things) for educating the public on seat belt safety.
