OK but largely out of date esp. in regard to information on HRT and symptoms of menopause. This book was written by a lady who hadn't actually experienced a hot flush so for me, her opinions lacked credability.
I'm betting if JF was to write this book today it would be very different and much more interesting.

The book was in the condition as stated. I just wish it had said it was soft cover as I was expecting hard cover.
