I received my M.S. degree in Education and Human Services with an emphasis on Substance Abuse Counseling. This book was extremely helpful as a reference book for one of my many required papers. Thank you Amazon!

This book is phenomenal... in a horrible way. The direct quotes from Miami prostitutes, crack addicts, and many disease-ridden drug users are truly disgusting, but a clear view of dark reality. The firsthand accounts made me gag and cringe numerous times. The statistics are very shocking as well. Anyone curious about crackhouses and what types of activity occurs, including all of the gory/nauseating/shameful details, would appreciate this short, very shocking, non-fiction book.
