Very Inspirational! It was wonderful to learn of the great heritage of women in fly fishing. A "must see" for any woman thinking about taking up this fabulous sport. I am a fly fishing guide and I will recommend it to all my lady clients.

As a newcomer to the fly fishing world, I found this video not only very informative and fun to watch, but also truly inspirational. It really gave me a strong sense of the beauty and elegance of fly fishing, which I think is one reason why so many women are attracted to the sport. It is definetly a warm welcome to the sport for women, encouraging and entertaining, wonderfully written and executed. Not only does it provide useful information, but also, acts as a confidence booster for those just starting out. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in fly fishing.

This is an inspirational video that should be viewed by any woman thinking of taking up the sport of fly fishing. Jennifer Olsson does a great job of outlining what is involved in the sport without becoming too technical. Interviews with women already in the sport range from humorous to helpful to encouraging. Fly fishing (and hunting) have traditionally been male sports-this tape will show the skeptical that women have a tremendous contribution to make to the field of fly fishing. You will enjoy this!

As a novice in the art of fly fishing I found Women & Fly Fishing tremendously helpful. Jennifer Olsson is charming and accessible and above all else extremely clear and understandable to even a beginner. The historical notes were fun and all the anecdotes and stories were entertaining and helpful. I recommend this tape to anyone who is interested in taking up fly fishing and also to those who need a little extra help in their chosen sport. I'm not at all surprised that fly fishing's popularity is growing at a break neck speed among women.

This video gives a wonderful overview of the sport from a woman's viewpoint. The women in the video have embraced the sport and impart the value of their participation. Every fly shop should own one and play it when women enter the store.
It greatly reduces the "intimidation factor" of something new.

Please! The video was mostly women talking about the sport in very general terms! I learned very little about how to fly fish. Very disappointing! I could not recommend this video to anyone.
