This review is from: Women and the Holy Quran: A Sufi Perspective (Paperback)
I was born in Moslem family and have read Quran for over 30 years. Honestly, I was not expecting to learn much when I picked this book up. To my amazement, there is a lot to be gained from the book for any body who wants to know a complete picture on the issue of women in Islam. Many books are written on the subject, but Dr. Wilcox approach it with open mind and heart, and free of a lot of prejudices and prejudgements that exist against muslems and Islam. I highly recommend it for all seekers of Truth. Thank you Lynn Wilcox.
