A must-have item for any blues lover, May 26, 2001

While this is certainly not an exhaustive collection of women blues singers, I was impressed by the selection. Given that the time period covers more than forty years (on only 2 discs!), this compilation is much better than expected. The liner notes are fantastic and the art work is great. An essential item to add to your collection. Also, a great gift ... I have bought several copies for friends.
