I called before placing a order to make sure it would arrive because it was so close to Christmas. The staff was very friendly and make package arrived carefully wrapped the next business day. I'm going to order all my business gifts and gifts for those family members who have everything from them from here on out. Although it doesn't matter to me, the basket itself was different from the one pictured. the lower portion of the basket I have is woven reed sort of stuff and not the type that's shown. Regardless, the basket looks very presentable.
