I got a couple of subscriptions of the Women's Health Advisor thinking it was a magazine format, instead it turned out to be about a 10 page zine. I got it for my mother-in-law and for my sister-in-law. They loved it. The format is perfect for on-the-go health conscious women who like to stuff it in their purse and read it at their leisure. They liked it so much they asked for information about a renewal. I'd call that a great gift!

My mother enjoys reading this every month. The advice is basic and presented in an easy to understand manner. Each issue is perhaps a 14 or so pages and takes about 30 minutes to read for an average adult reader.

I have subscribed to this newsletter for quite a few years and will continue to do so. I think it is of more benefit to ladies over 50. I look forward to reading the informative articles each month.
