Book Description

April 2002
Women's Health after Abortion is a comprehensive report of the research on the physical and psychological impact of induced abortion on women.

This book is essential reading for medical professionals, counselors, researchers, and for anyone interested in women's health. It provides crucial information for women wanting to make a truly informed choice.

Women's Health after Abortion examines the ethical and legal obligations of doctors to tell women about the risks associated with induced abortion.

Controversy over abortion often obscures the results of significant research, such as the connection between induced abortion and breast cancer. Women's Health after Abortion examines problems with how post-abortion research is conducted and raises questions about important findings that have been overlooked or set aside. With this book the full spectrum of international research is now publicly accessible.
