5.0 out of 5 stars Love this product!
I purchased this product at Sports Authority for $39.00. I figured for all the items included I couldn't beat the price, even if I didn't like the work outs provided. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about: first, there is a pump included to inflate the ball; second, if attached properly, the handles do not pop off the resistance bands; third, I've...

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of money
I bought this set for my weight training while travelling, thinking it is more convenient than lugging dumb bells around.

It was very disappointing when I got the set. You get 3 resistance bands and 1 set of handles that you have to attach to the band of your choice. Well, the handles don't fit very snug, so right in the middle of your workout, you can get...

I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about: first, there is a pump included to inflate the ball; second, if attached properly, the handles do not pop off the resistance bands; third, I've done the workout 3 times now and have had ZERO issues with the jump rope. I have had great success with this program thus far and am looking forward to completing the next 5 weeks! I was already in decent shape, but needed something to tone my hips and abs. This program has not let me down. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to tone up at a reasonable price.

It has exactly the products that the picture shows.
The instructions for the ball is a little complicated, but OK.

Not sure what the other user was stating. There is a pump that comes with this kit. The instructions even show you how to use the pump to inflate the Body Ball.

I bought this set for my weight training while travelling, thinking it is more convenient than lugging dumb bells around.

It was very disappointing when I got the set. You get 3 resistance bands and 1 set of handles that you have to attach to the band of your choice. Well, the handles don't fit very snug, so right in the middle of your workout, you can get whacked in the face by the stretched band. So instead of working out, you spend most of the time adjusting the handles.
The jump rope isn't that great. I personally prefer the ones with beads. This is just a rubber rope, since there is nothing to weigh it down, you can hit yourself in the leg while jumping, which is very painful. I threw the jump rope away and purchased a $5 beaded one from Walmart for much better results.
The medicine ball and Swiss ball are alright, but as I realized, you can get ones at the same quality or better for a much better price at Walmart.
This is one of the worst fitness products I have ever bought. Complete waste of money.
DO yourself a favor. Go to Walmart or Target and purchase the same products invidually. Even if they are not up to your expectations, at least they will cost far less.

2.0 out of 5 stars For 50.00 you would think it would come with the pump, March 7, 2010
This review is from: Women's Health The Lean Body Workout (Sports)
I had a gift cert for 50.00 at Kohl's where this is the only thing really I would buy there, I opted for the 50.00 full kit instead of the 25.00 Danskin because the ball was bigger and it had a few other things, the weighted ball, and the bands and figured I might as well .... unfortunately, I have no way to inflate the ball because it doesn't come with the little cheap pump. Even the Danskin comes with the pump...they should call it the 7 week because you'll have to add a week on to find someone that has a yoga ball that you can borrow their little cheap pump since bicycle and ball pumps don't work. I am frustrated with this as I wanted to use for either working out tomorrow or extra awkward seating for drop in guests. If I didn't hate Kohl's so much and be afraid to get even MORE store credit, I would take it back and just get the danskin..at least I could use it right away. Annoyed that they don't think that part through.
