Well I have researched many different things... Maca Root... and now I am researching Mo Butta Cream abd Booty stacked. if u search for mo butta cream.. There are products that amazon marketplace sells. There is a discussion (recently) about it.

I haven't actually done this workout, but I would recommend doing cardio and upper body toning. Depending on what moves they use the "Amp It Up" slow toning and yoga sections could be good too.
