No more important work on Colonial women,
By Roger Paulding "author, The Pickled Dog Caper" (Stafford, TX United States) - See all my reviews (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Women's Life and Work in the Southern Colonies (Paperback)
This is a handbook for anyone studying or writing about the Colonial period. I found it absolutely indespensable in writing two novels of the period. It is also just plain fun to read if you are a devotee of history.
