An hours for dollars job means you are limited in your earning potential by the hours you can physically work each day, week and month. Passive income, on the other hand, is about leveraging your time. It is about making money even while you're on vacation, enjoying quality time with your family or getting a good night's sleep.

The women millionaires Maureen interviewed and profiled in her book have turned their home-based businesses into a source of passive income. Here is proof that network marketing is a viable business model for women who want a home business. These women grew their businesses into an income of seven figures not only for themselves but to insure financial security for their family.
