This is a fantastic little reference book -- a must for every woman's bookshelf. It has all the essential ingredients: easy to navigate, loaded with information, written in language anyone can understand. I can't tell you how often I've turned to this book. I used to go from one "guidebook" to the next, searching for information about medications. Now I've learned -- this is the first one I go to and, invariably, it's the only one I need. Thank you, Julie Catalano! Your book is a lifesaver!
