I've been using this watch for a few weeks now, and I love it. Looks bold and stylish in a utilitarian-sporty kind of way. But I bought this one specifically for use as an interval timer. I'm newly taking up running, and would like a watch to count down intervals of walking and running (since I feel like death if I try to just keep running). I'd previously tried one of the timex ironman watches, but that would only count down the same interval again and again. This soleus watch keeps track of a sequence of up to five different intervals, and beeps when each one is up. I don't see myself using 5, but 2 are mighty handy to time a "walk 3 minutes, run 2" workout without having to keep track of it myself.

Similar to other reviewers, I heard great things about this watch. I live in the Pacific Northwest and water from the sky is a common occurrence. This watch did not last a week training in the rain. Soleus was prompt with their response for repairs, but wanted more than I paid for the watch to repair it!The watch get's two stars for having a large screen and relatively intuitive features. That said, the "font" for the numbers seemed hard to read, but I only had the watch a week, so I never got used to it.

This is a lightweight, comfortable, and nice looking sport watch. User friendly & useful for my work as a Personal Trainer. Also perfect as a casual, everyday watch too. Pleasantly pleased since I have been wearing for a month now. Love it!
