The only reason they are called texting gloves is because they have an opening for the thumb and index finger of each hand. The little rubber polka dots made me think that you would be able to text with the gloves actually on. But no. You have to stick your index finger and/or thumb through the opening(s) to text. Wish I would have returned these because I only wore them once, and then ended up getting three pairs of real texting knit gloves at Target for half the price of these. The Target gloves actually have knit fingertips that work on on iPhone screen! Too cool. Don't know how they did it :)

I thought these finger tips were suitable for texting - they weren't. The gloves have holes that your fingers come out of. They simply look torn. Shabby product. It seems many stores are selling gloves that appear to have fingers that seem to be for texting but aren't. Won't make this mistake again. I don't like to disappoint child.

Wanted something simple...but not this simple. The finger tips fold over/off to expose your fingertips...that is how you text.
Target and others sell the version where you do not need to expose your fingers...and the Target gloves are $3.

I brought these gloves for my nieces as a christmas gift. My nieces age range form 12 to 15 years old. These gloves were for a child. The fingers tips would not fit over the girls fingers. the gloves started to ravel at the openings. I got what I paid for them.

Finger holes stretch out of shape and your index finger and thumb remain out all of the time.

Gloves are light-weight ( ok) but on each index finger and thumb there is a slit so you can expose your finger/thumb to use your phone. The slit isn't finished off so it tears more and more every time you use it. Also, the gloves run a little small so when you have the glove on normally, the slits stretches and tears even more. It's like you are wearing ripped gloves.
