I adore this gorgeous magical collection of images by Lois Guarino. Her rich many-layered collage-like photographs transported me to a world of magic, dreams and spirit. The creativity and sense of esthetic displayed are inspirational. A facinating glimpse into the life and process of a truly creative individual is provided by an interview with the artist, a photo of her studio, and a description of the techniques she used. This is a book I will return to again and again for inspiration and connection to the realm of spirit.

Lois Guarino's book of photograhphic art, Wonders, Miracles & Magic is a delicious journey into the imagination. Both haunting and numinous, her art transformes everyday sights into otherwordly realms where a bed becomes a masterpiece of dream inducing architecture and a cake the source of destiny. You must see "Bone Bed" and "Floating" to know how deeply she looks into the soul. Don't pass up a look at a unique and accomplished artist.
